When a customer places an order with Otto Beds Ltd, our skilled craftsmen begin creating a unique and customised bed. This includes sourcing the finest materials, precision cutting and shaping, and meticulous assembly. Due to the nature of this custom-made process, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun on an order.

However, we understand that circumstances may change, and customers may have a change of heart or unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, we do offer a limited refund window of 12 hours from the time the order is placed, provided that production has not yet commenced. This gives customers a brief period to reconsider their purchase and request a refund if necessary.

It is important to note that once the 24-hour refund window has passed or production has begun, refunds will not be granted. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and reach out to our customer service team within the specified time frame if they wish to cancel their order and request a refund.
